Construction technology:

1. Before use, remove oil, rust, old paint film and water on the surface of the substrate to be scraped, and keep the surface clean and dry

2. Mix the main ash and curing agent in the specified ratio (100:1.5-2.5) to make the color uniform.

3. Scratch the mixed putty on the surface of the treated substrate within the operational time of 3-5 minutes/25°C.

4. It can be polished after being completely dried. The best time for water grinding is 20 minutes after coating and scraping (temperature 25℃, humidity less than 40%).

5. Make sure that the putty is completely dry when spraying to avoid bubbling and falling off.

PACKAGING 

Attention: 

1. If there are air bubbles infiltrating when smearing, it must be thoroughly scraped with a scraper to ensure good adhesion.

2. The putty with curing agent can not be put back into the original tank. It needs to be covered after use to avoid the deterioration of the main putty caused by the volatilization of the solvent.

3. Equipped with a special curing agent, and must not be mixed with other curing agents.

4. This product is compatible with a variety of primers, but cannot be scratched on phenolic primers and alkyd primers to avoid falling off and bubbling.

5. This product should not be applied and scraped directly on galvanized sheet.

6. It can be stored for 12 months in a cool place (below 25℃).
